A refuge

Oh, my... It was really hot yesterday. It's only November and the temperatures are already reaching 30°C (86°F) Today will be even hotter. A predicted 32°C (86.9°F) awaits. The shopping centre is really a refuge when waiting for the bus. The Air Con is so lovely and there is always something christmassy to look at.

Oj, vad det var varmt igår. Det är bara november och temperaturen är redan 30°C. Idag kommer att bli ännu varmare. 32°C är utlovat. Shoppingcentret är verkligen en tillflyktsort när jag väntar på bussen. Luftkonditioneringen är underbar och det finns alltid nåt juligt att titta på.

Looking forward to making a gingerbread house

My intention this year is to make a gingerbread house with the kids... Above is some inspiration from BigW. 

Har lovat mig själv att göra ett pepparkakshus med barnen i år... Vi får se hur det går ☺ Ovan är inspiration fråm BigW.

Gingerbread Houses

A Disney gingerbread house caught my eye when I browsed through BigW's Christmas aisle the other day. If you don't want to make a Christmas gingerbread house, there's a non-Christmas Frozen Biscuit Castle on the market - maybe more suitable for a Frozen Birthday party than the happy holidays... ☺

Jag hittade ett pepparkakshus från Disney när jag kollade in julutbudet på Big W häromdagen. Om du inte vill göra ett juligt pepparkakshus, finns även alternativet från filmen Frost, ett blåvitt kakslott, ute på marknaden - kanske mer passande för ett Frostkalas... ☺

När jag är och shoppar själv så tar jag en liten jultur och kollar in julutbudet. Häromdagen var jag på BigW. Alltid skoj att bara gå omkring och njuta en stund innan det är dags att gå ut i solen o värmen igen... ☺

When I'm out shopping on my own, I always make sure I walk around and check out the Christmas range. The other day I went to the BigW department store. Always nice to browse the Christmas aisles before it's time to go out and enjoy the sunshine again... ☺

på julen hos Target, Kmart och BigW här i Australien. Jag instagrammade ett gäng med foton sedan jag varit ute på ett shoppingcenter med en kompis... Först hade vi mammaträff på nyöppnat franskt café med två andra mammor, men efteråt blev det H&M - och jag drog med henne o kolla julsaker innan det var dags att hämta kidsen på skolan.

A taste of the Christmas range at Target, Kmart and BigW here in Australia. I posted a few photos on Instagram after a day at Westfield Garden City with a friend. First we had a coffee date with two other mums at a newly opened French Café, La Bon Choix. Afterwards, a trip to H&M and then we checked out the Christmas range at the big department stores before getting the kids at school in the afternoon.
